Booking and Payment

  • All lessons must be booked via the book a lesson page. If the lesson is to be held at Waterlow Park, the court fee will be taken prior to the lesson and once a time is agreed with the coach, a confirmation letter will be sent via email and/or text.

  • For the remaining lesson fee, you can pay either by cash or card before or after the lesson.

  • Block lessons (bookings of 5 and 10) must be conducted within a 12 week period from the point of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

If the lesson is booked at Waterlow Park, the court fee is non-refundable due to Camden Council’s terms and conditions. If the court is unplayable due to severe weather, it will be added as a credit to North London Tennis Coaching in which case you will be refunded.

Code of Conduct

Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner during coaching sessions. If a player’s behaviour is deemed disrespectful, disruptive or unsafe the coach has the right to end the lesson early without a refund.

Health and Safety

  • In accordance with LTA guidelines, all coaches hold Accreditation/Accreditation+ which requires a valid First Aid certificate no more than 3 years old.

  • Players or parents must inform the coach prior to the lesson about any medical conditions, injuries or physical limitations that may affect participation during the lesson.

  • Coaches reserve the right to refuse player participation if they believe participation poses a risk to the player's health or safety.

  • Players must wear appropriate tennis clothing to each session e.g. trainers and sports clothing.

For your own personal safety, if at any time you feel uncomfortable or unhappy, trust your instincts and share your concerns. North London Tennis Coaching operates according to the ‘Safeguarding, Diversity and Inclusion’ policies as set out by the LTA - https://www.lta.org.uk/about-us/safeguarding
